Baggers Originals will accept exchanges and returns within 28 days from the date of purchase.
We can only exchange or refund products that are unworn and purchased from the Baggers Originals site. If you purchased your Baggers from a store, please contact them directly.
We do not refund or reimburse shipping charges, but if it is an exchange, we’ll send the next lot out for free.
Returning items is at the risk of the customer. Baggers Originals are not liable for returns until they reach our HQ.
To return or exchange your items follow three simple steps:
Complete our return/exchange form.
Pack all your items into the original package along with your exchange/return form.
Send it to Baggers Originals HQ, The Tilery, Ponteland, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE20 0BQ.
We’ll send you an email as soon as we receive your return. Please allow 10 days from the date we receive the item for an exchange or refund.
What if I received the wrong item?
We’re really sorry if we made a mistake! Please contact us if you’ve received the wrong item and we’ll be happy to correct it as quickly as possible.
